Interesting that AUD is the only one that's down from the previous quarter. Are the FAR simulations thrown into AUD a 3rd quarter thing or have people been complaining about them all year?
Thanks for the heads up Gregg
52% pass rate for BEC?? Pssht, if its anything similar for 4th quarter, I passed for sure. Woohoo!
Well, I feel a bit better for failing Audit ( Not really).....REG is up...well, crap.! (that's a pisser)
Oh well, BEC was up. Good for everyone else who passed, though.
Here's some hope that 4th quarter's pass rates are even better!
Wow cpa seem easier now than 2010...hah open the flood gates
Wow, REG is the lowest. Looks like I'm not in the minority after all.
I feel better about my 75 in audit and 80 in reg. After the low pass rates in Q1 and Q2 you would think they would have loosened up a bit.
It's good to see that BEC significantly increased. It's the only one to exceed 50% this year.
ok, what a difference a day makes. I am trying to be more positive, yep, trying to be all that I can be. At another look at the passing rates, I am feeling pretty good that I passed BEC and FAR in the second window when it was lower. If I can do that...then I can kick Audit and REG in the @ss right?????
that is what I am going with...a little moxie in my walk....going to channel a little Tony Manero (Saturday Night Fever-for all you youngings) LOL!
These pass rates are a bummer... only 45% for REG? And I only have 3 WEEKS to study for it.
Long story but I was originally scheduled for REG on 10/1 and had already been studying when Prometric calls me and says "due to unforseen circumstances our testing center will be closed on your exam date". GREAT. So I had to reschedule for (11/26() which is exactly three weeks AFTER FAR on (11/5). Not to mention I had to completely switch gears on studying....
Arrgggghhh....
@OnMyWayToCPA - Yeahhhh, but really you could have chosen a different testing center, right? I would not have flip flopped by testing dates and pushed REG back so far. What was the rationale behind that?
@ Mini, I did think of testing someplace else, but the nearest testing center is two hours away. And I do not know anything about the city or area that its in. My worst nightmare would be to drive 2 hours to get to a test site, get lost and end up missing my exam.
Besides that they called me exactly 5 days before my exam to tell me this and my main concern was getting a time slot at all since the window was about to open for testing. The date I got? 11/26. The Saturday after Thanksgiving. The worst test date ever but it was the only Saturday left ( I just started a new job and have no vacay so weekdays are out of the question.)
I still think that maybe I could have just driven to Tulsa, but its too late to change my decision now..
All in all I shouldnt complain because I probably need the pressure to light some fire under me. Three weeks is doable considering that I was already studying and just graduated.
