As the title dictates I failed AUD. 74 this time around and honestly dont know what to do. I thought this was going to be the exam in which I conquered AUD but instead im here typing this out. I’ve always used NINJA MCQ and Roger. Each time around I’ve done less and less MCQ and in fact this last exam I didnt even study for 2 weeks before the exam and yet it was my best score. Now I have to take it at the end of April. God help me!

    AUD - NINJA in Training
    BEC - 76
    FAR - 78
    REG - 81
    FAR- Passed first try
    AUD- Failed 5 times....
REG- Failed 2 times, Passed 3rd time
    BEC- Passed first try

    F- 78
    A- 70, 69, 74, 70
    R- 68, 70
    B- 76

I'm sorry, that sucks. I too failed AUD three times, I worked in public accounting and audit for years and then went to industry, where I was the direct liaison with the external auditors. I realized I was not slowing down and I was not answering the actual question. I would miss the little words that totally changed your response. I started by reading the last sentence or the request first, then I read the answer, I would eliminate what I did not need as I read.

AUD is full of tricky wording, and two answers can be correct, but one is more correct. With family, kids and a demanding position, I didn't allow myself time to absorb it. I went back into it starting from scratch, and really studied in-depth. My strategy was to be able to answer “essays” on topics, not just pick a correct answer on MCQ. I also had to stop answering questions from the outside looking in, I had to get back in the auditors mindset. You will kill it next time, good luck!

AUD is a lot more difficult than people give it credit for. I mean, they're ALL hard lol, but AUD at first seems like just memorization but there's so much more to it. Once/if I pass FAR, AUD is next.

    REG - ('11) 71, ('12) 71 - Becker
    AUD - TBD
    BEC - TBD
    FAR - ('16) 54 - Becker

Thanks all for the responses. I have no clue how I'm going to study for my next go around but all I know is I'll be drinking something once I see that passing score for AUD because I know it's over.

@RSBro youre right people dont give it credit for being hard. Everyone thinks FAR is the hardest, but that's because it has so much information. In my eyes I believe AUD is the silent killer.
