    Hi,

Do you think it is possible to take (and pass) the 4 exams in one week?

I live in Hong Kong and would like to minimise travelling costs…

    Thanks for your thoughts!

I imagine it's possible…. if you do nothing but study 18 hours a day, seven days a week and have an unnaturally large memory. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a job, though.

    BEC - 90 PASSED
    FAR - 84 PASSED
    AUD - 93 PASSED
    REG - 84 PASSED

    I DID IT!!!!

It's a huge disadvantage — I would highly recommend spreading them out more. If you have to re-take even one section because of this, you will have pay additional registration fees on top of those extra travel expenses. With all the time and money you've put into studying for the exam, it would be a shame to fail to simply save a few dollars.

I'm sure somehow it is possible but I certainly wouldn't want to try it!

WoW! Back in 2009, I took Audit and BEC two days apart and passed. (I lost those credits though, so I am starting over) 🙁

Anyway, it wasnt too hard…but I do think taking all four in one week would be too much. Then again, after watching Olympics these weeks…I would say you can do almost anything you set your mind to. Good lucK!

    Thanks for your replies,

For more information, one trip costs around USD1,000. So it is quite a lot!

For a second trip, I will have to take also some unpaid leave at work…

For sure, I will take at least 2 exams in a raw… but I am still considering only one travel:

    – FAR on Monday AM

    – BEC on Tuesday PM

    off on wednesday

    – REG on Thursday AM

    – AUD on Friday PM

Thanks for continuing to share your experience! Highly appreciated!

Wow! In that case, if you're a strong test taker and have a great memory, it might be worth taking all of them in one week.

Good luck! I hope you pass all 4 test. I guess if you study months before the week of your exams, you remember and understand the material well enough to pass then it is possible. The airfare, meals, and hotel accommodations is a lot of money. Where are you planning on taking the test?

I think you might be pushing it too hard even if the travelling expenses are too high. You don't want to risk the chance of failing part and having to travel all over again. I took and passed all four parts in 10 days (different reasons) and I definitely used the few days off in between to relax my mind though I almost failed BEC (my last exam) due to mental stress. I would really recommend that you do not take two exams two days in a row and try to extend your stay in the US for 12-16 days to increase your chances. Even under the assumption that you mastered the materials, if you felt that you didn't fare well in one exam (you might have passed it with flying colors) and immediately jump to the second one you'll definitely won't perform as well.

The one thing I think that has been consistently overlooked is the fact that the only financial risk associated with taking all four is the cost of the exams. If you only take one or two sections of the exam, then you will have to make another trip anyhow. I would say go for it. It will be difficult, but I think you have a solid plan. I'm not sure what your travel arrangements are but I would try to get to the states on Friday, so you have a couple of days to help with the jet lag.

Good luck to you if you decide to go through with this. I would in no way, shape, or form consider doing this myself but i know where I stand with these things. I work full time but am more of the 2 to 3 months inbetween exams. If you have been preparing and think you have the material down enough, I would say go for it. Everyone has different abilities and strengths.

@LongJourney I had to look at your dates a couple times to make sure they were in the same year lol. impressive

Some people do it. So it is possible. I would give myself around 3 months of full time study though.

    Hi all,

Thank you very much for all your thoughts!

I will take all exams in once at the end of November, but will spread them over 10 days. I will also allow some time for jetlag.

Keep you posted on the results!

    Thanks!

    Hi all,

Thank for your ideas and support! I passed all of them in 10 days, as you suggested!

I am happy not to travel again to the US… I can offer me well deserved holidays with the saved $1000 😀

    Cheers
