    I am just wondering, for someone who is working full-time, is 7 weeks enough time to prepare for FAR?

    Considering how you already took it once and know which areas you are weak in, that should be more than enough time.

    FAR - 86 7/2014
    AUD - 95 10/2014
    REG - 87 1/22/15
    BEC - 84 7/2015

    I imagine 7 weeks at 3 hours a day would get you close.

    FAR: May 1st, 2014 - 91
    AUD: May 29th, 2014 - 97!
    BEC: July 16th, 2014 - 91
    REG: August 29th, 2014 - 88

    I don't ever calculate my study time by hours… but this is what I can tell you…

    If you do one test set every weekday and 3 test set every weekend day for 7 weeks, then you will 100% pass.

    That means:

    Monday to Friday ==> 90 question + 7 sim every day

    Saturday – Sunday ==> 270 question + 21 sim every day

    That's about 1.5 hour everyday on weekday and 5 hours everyday on weekend. The hours are less than 3 hours a day but you will practice enough questions to pass high.

    7 weeks is more than enough time. I did it in 5 weeks averaging around 3 hours per day. You just have to be focused and make sure that when you study you are actually LEARNING the material, and not just “going through the motions” of studying.
