It is just as likely that you understood some things well and just flopped on exam day/made silly mistakes as it is that you guessed correctly and your 'true' understanding is really in the 60's. These exams are quite variable so don't make the oft-made mistake of thinking "I'm only a few points away, I'll just review for a week and try my luck again". That may work, but are you willing to bet $300 on that for each section you need to retake?
While you restudy you will be surprised at how much more sense everything makes. Since you already have a base understanding in all the topics, you will be able to pick up on more of the details than before while reinforcing to the point of concrete those topics that you were just okay with. Good luck!
