NINJA Question –

I just paid to obtain access to BEC MCQ, but when I click Launch Course and it just brings me back. How long does it takes to have access to the MCQ? Also, how does it long for someone in the support team to respond to emails?

Access to the MCQs is available as soon as you get the email with your username and password. That being said, I've had this problem before, too. Occasionally after I log in and click on the button to the launch the course, it just takes me back to the home screen. When it does that, I clear my browser history, exit my browser, and then just open my browser back up and log in again. I haven't had a problem getting in after I clear my browser history, so I'd say trying it is worth a shot until you hear back from the support team.
