I just took the Becker Final Exam and scored in the mid 70s. However when I do the regular MCQs I score 90 or above. What’s going on here? The problem I had with the Becker final exam wasn’t the difficulty of the questions, but rather how specific some questions were – like really tiny details in the book that were not even mentioned (or not even in the book). Or ridiculously vague fact patterns (there was a question that was so vague about which report was a forecast or a projection that i completely gave up on the explanation for the answer).

I’ve passed BEC and FAR and lot of their MCQs were very straightforward. A few of Becker’s questions are extremely tricky when it comes to Audit.

For anyone that has taken AUD, was the Becker Final exam representative of the actual exam for you?

I averaged about ~70 on both of Becker's final review and ended up with a 79 on the exam. I was scoring a little lower than you on the MCQ portion on Becker, but yeah I agree. The final review goes really into depth on some of the topics. Make sure you get the basics down, because the exam will more likely test you on that than on the nitty gritty details.

Thank you guys. I understand all of the main and major concepts of AUD. It's just the questions on the Becker are extremely detailed and focuses on the exceptions and specifics on things. It's really discouraging lol.
