Hi,
I’m hoping for some advice from the forum. This is my first post and have a little bit of a predicament. I graduated with an accounting degree and began working at a small public firm that required a commute of 90 minutes each way. Obviously, the commute was something that was limiting my study time so I applied for jobs much closer and ended up accepting an offer in private accounting. I’ve since passed Reg and will be taking Audit very soon. The problem I am having is the fact that I have only been employed at this company for two months, but would really like to go through recruiting again (I am a recent grad – so I can go through my school again).
I just do not know how I would possibly get the time off to interview with firms. Any ideas? Also, is this bad practice? Should I stay another year and participate next fall?
