Did any body else receive a packet from the AICPA with a small book on CPA quotes and a discount of 50% off the joining the AICPA membership? Does this mean that I past my last exam?

I'm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and no, what I got was 1/2 off a regular professional membership. In the envelope was a card with a coupon code on it (that said “Congratulations” so big that I thought it was a notification I passed) and a booklet titled, “The Future CPA's Guide to Work and World Domination.”
