So last weekend a lot of us did a power study weekend… Since it is a holiday weekend in the US and super nice out it may be a challenge to stay focused and push on. I don’t know about anyone else, but it is nice having support from this community to stay motivated. So whoever wants to participate I challenge you all to another MCQ power weekend. I have less than 10 days until the next exam about just over 1000 Ninja MCQs left to complete the first time through. Anyone up to the challenge to do 750+ MCQs in this 3 day weekend??? I am shooting for 750 but would love to finish all 1000. It can be done who is with me!?

I am most def starting to memorize the questions at this point. Do you have a strategy to taking the exam? Like should I spend more time and be very particular on the first testlet since that determines the difficulty of the next one?

@NancyD8, I am all over the place. I have been doing questions and taking notes. I'm going over notes and getting ready to attack more questions. I was a little soft at first doing 10 at time.(I have to see the dashboard go down), but it's time to do more so I am starting at 20 to cover more questions. When I see where I need to focus more I am going to go specific topics, then 10 random…..I think someone suggested that before. But hey, this is power week end so I have all day to be efficient and thorough.

Hey all,

So I took REG yesterday. Really friggin hoping it's the last CPA exam I ever take. I would say the flow of the MCQ were kinda similar to my previous exams. Thought my first testlet was very doable, almost simple at times. Then the second testlet had longer questions, definitely more difficult but still doable. Third testlet had shorter questions but tricky. Might have even had a harder time with the third than the second but I dno. Still somewhat reasonable though.. I guess.

Sims were very difficult. I did get two research sims that I'm pretty confident I aced (which is funny because they've always given me trouble). The other SIMS, I was not 100% on. I probably got some credit here or there because there were times when I had educated guesses or thought there was a solid chance this was right but overall I wish they asked stuff that I had deeper knowledge or memory in. Guess that's about it, hopin those research questions saved me and I could put all this behind me. Won't find out till June 21st.

It's really everything and anything. I mean I thought Ninja did a good job for the mcq. But the questions gets really random. Sorry i can't give better advice. I've heard a lot of people say there's a lot of business law. Wasn't the case for me. Gotta know it all.
