Just took the BEC for the 3rd time on Saturday 4/18/15 after scoring a 64 the 1st time and a 65 the second time.

I was all gung-ho and ready to commit 100% to only studying for the exam and not let distractions get in the way. But of course I let life get in the way and didn’t study nearly as much as I needed to. I spent a ton of money rescheduling the exam like 5 times. I wasn’t fully prepared to my standards but I took the exam anyway.

I felt good going in unlike the prexious 2 times. I kept telling myself positive things, I was singing in my head during the exam, while inside I knew I was not prepared.

I prayed that the questions would be on the material that I knew. I felt confident that even if I didn’t know the material, I could make an educated guess and answer correctly.

I’m feeling awesome right now. No more studying for me. This was the last exam. I completed my work experience, I have all the required credit hours, and I already turned in my application. The State of Florida is just waiting for me to pass this exam so they can give me my license.

I’m so happy!! I believe that I passed no matter what my conscience is trying to tell me.

Anxiously waiting for May 5. I’m throwing a Cinco de Mayo party for myself. Yesssss!!!

Good Luck… but beware that sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between how one feels like s/he performed on the exam vs. “I'm so glad I'm finally done and don't have to study anymore.”.

Yeah, just a word of caution…that's how I felt when I took REG for the first time last October. I was so sure I had passed, and I was reeeeeeeeally enjoying being “done” even though I knew there was a possibility I wouldn't actually be done. Anyway, when the 74 did come in, it was pretty devastating.

The state of FLorida lets you send in your app before you're done. My state (Iowa) won't even accept your application until you show up on a pass list like 2 months after you find out you passed.

I believe last time it counted down to midnight but then nothing happened (I am an Indie state, so not sure), but scores were released around 3am-ish.

Last time it counted down and then too many people tried to access the scores and the server crashed. I've only had one successful attempt to check my score at midnight.

Last Chance CPA – you say you'll quit but you wont! I said the same thing and when i failed FAR on my second attempt with a 74 i lost reg. I took a week to pretend i was done, then studied hard and took it the beginning of April and am scheduled to take Reg the end of May. Here's to praying you dont have to go through what i am!! Retesting for a part already past is not fun!
