Any advice for interview?

I have an interview on Thursday for an auditing position for corporate audit. Any advice? Also, would it be suspicious if I try to talk about my current job as little as possible? Let’s just say that I am not a big fan of my current job. But if I say anything negative about it during the interview, the interviewer would just think, “Well, this guy just can’t handle the pressure,” or something like that. But then, if I try to not say anything, then the interviewer would think I’m hiding something.

Never say anything bad about your current job, or any prior job for that matter. Reason for leaving should always be something that is a good reason but not something that says you can't take pressure from your boss, can't work with your peers or any of that. Growth is good (assuming it's true and/or believable), variety is another. It should always be about you growing out of your current role and a better more challenging role not being available at current job. Good luck!

One of the directors that mentors me told me that if someone comes in for an interview and bash their current or previous employer he cannot get them out fast enough. I don't like my current job it's just not the right fit. I have practiced my story. I am looking for another job because I want new challenges and more opportunities for growth. I always tell them that the growth potential on my team is very stagnant. Not based on tenure but availability. Whatever you do don't bash it because to them if you talk bad about that employer then they will be next if you ever decide to leave.
