Any Tax Attorneys here?

    Hi All,

    I am currently an auditor in midsize public accounting firm. I have just registered for LSAT preparation course to get into Law school because my dream is to become a tax attorney. (Got inspired by one of the Becker instructors who was a tax attorney teaching REG.

    I was just curious, how is the job? Is it difficult to advance? Is it more interesting to be in Corporate or in a small firm? Any feedback will be really appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Anna, you're on the right track. I'm not a tax attorney. But the ones I know do very well. They are in a small firm or private practice and they make alot of money.

    BEC=77, FAR=78, REG=73,74,80, AUD=70,69, 84 DONE!

    Anna, I was inspired just as you were (from an undergrad prof. though). He seemed extremely happy with his career and VERY well off.

    I actually just started law school (would like to go into tax as well), so if you have any questions about the LSAT, application process, or anything else, just feel free to ask!
