Anyone have insight on Bank of America Corporate Audit Analyst Program (CAAP)?

    Hey fellow another71users,

Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the corporate audit analyst program at Bank of America. This program is recruiting at my school and I was wondering if anyone could give some insight maybe through firsthand experience or through hearing about it from others.

Wanting to know things like how’s the position for a new graduate, what people do after the 2 year program is done, and possibly even compensation. I’m in my fourth and final year of undergraduate and will be graduating with a degree in Finance. While working I am hoping to do an MAcc online to get the right amount of hours to sit for the CPA (at graduation I’ll have 130 hours). Also thinking about doing an MBA possibly but not sure yet. With that in mind I guess how will this position serve for my future goal?

Any feedback on this or even general corporate audit positions is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

I worked for B of A for 5 years but I'm not sure what CAAP actually is. If it's referring to internal audit of branches you only need a bachelor's for that and don't need to be a CPA. If CAAP is for working from home auditing systems you don't need anything special for that either. The guy that used to audit the banking centers works from home now doing some system things and he only has a bachelor's. Also, b of a has tuition reimbursement options so hold off on going back to school until you get it. Or just apply there for the tuition reimbursement 🙂 No reimbursement for cpa study material or exam fees.
