I re-applied for my REG NTS on Monday morning and still have not received anything yet. I the past i received my number within 24 hours. Has something changed? Is anyone in the same situation as I am??

I had an issue. I get my NTS via email and usually get it right away. But when I applied last week, I waited 4 days and nothing!! So, I followed up with them. They claimed they already sent it, but they emailed it again anyway.
So, definitely followup with them. They're so messed up!!
cpaindiana- did you pay by credit card or check? has the payment cleared? I applied as a first time applicant last Friday and the payment has already cleared.
I would call today before they close for the 3 day weekend. Good luck!

Yes Im having problems too. I applied on Monday for FAR and Audit and have not gotten anything. I called NASBA this morning and ofcourse they said they emailed it and they would email it again and that i should be getting before 12 noon. Its 11 and i still dotn see anything.

I didn't receive my first NTS in December 2010 until several e-mails and phone calls (3+ weeks after ordering!). They kept saying they'll generate a new one, and it's processed over night. But I never got anything. Finally, after several phone calls, I got a decent person on the phone who e-mailed it to me while we were on the phone. I figured it was a fluke and that the next time would go right...Well I ordered another NTS last week and still haven't received anything in my e-mail box....BUT before I even bothered to send the "NTS not received" e-mail, I noticed on their website that you can request a reprint of your NTS online now. So, I clicked on it and there it was!!! I think all jurisdictions have that option now. Thank goodness, because that's ridiculous to waste so much time calling and e-mailing for nothing! I hope it works out for you all too! Celeste

I had the same issue as @CPAMan. Paid on June 24th, still no NTS by the 29th, so I called. Gentleman said they sent it, and I should check spam folders or junk mail. Told him I did and this isn't my first time checking for a NTS. I have never had any problems in the past. He responded saying it was Hotmail with the issue. I find that hard to believe. That same day, I got email from NASBA about reprinting NTS. Since I get NTS by email, I don't need that service. I finally got it later that afternoon via email.
Now my problem is I still haven't received my Score Notice in the mail. Is anyone else having issues with this? I took REG and AUD in second testing window. I passed AUD but failed REG for the second time. Would that be a hold up to receiving the paper scores? I would like my paper scores.

I am still waiting to pay NASBA. California transmitted my approved application to them on 6/30 and I still haven't received anything. I just called NASBA and they gave me the email of the "California coordinator" from NASBA, whom I have emailed before when I was having issues and not gotten a response from... Kind of worried at this point, as I need to schedule my exam for late August and I have a section expiring soon.

I'm pretty sure the NASBA no longer sends NTS to your e-mail. You must retrieve it from their website. I did that and was able to print it the day after I paid, however I never received one in my e-mail (this was two weeks ago). They sent something out saying they weren't e-mailing them anymore.

I just talked to NASBA, apparently they haven't received my application from CA (which was supposedly submitted on 6/30) so they said to call the California Board of Accountancy and ask them to resubmit my application to NASBA. So I did that, but I was put to a voice mail... uhg. This is so aggravating.

Hey Mini. I called CA first to verify when they sent my application to NASBA, then I called NASBA, who told me to call CA again. So I called CA, then NASBA again. lol They just kept sending me back and forth. The problem was solved either because CA refreshed their system (resent my application to NASBA) or NASBA had it stuck somewhere and all my harassment made them push it through. Good luck, I hope you get yours quickly.
The good news is that I got my NTS the day after I paid!
