Applying for Illinois CPA license with expunged misdemeanor

    On the application it asks if I were charged in court with any criminal offense. I was in 2005 when I was still a minor, and had it expunged in 2012. Do I have to say yes to the question? This is for the CPA license with Illinois department of professional regulation.

    Call your Board from an anonymous phone and ask. Don't give your name if you don't have to.
