Do the Big 4 usually hire people out of state for entry level staff? I’m thinking of applying to various offices in a few states where I have family to better my chances of obtaining employment at a Big 4. What are your thoughts on this? Do they pay for relocation?

I wouldn't say “usually”, but it does happen. I know of 2 entry level staff the local EY office hired last year that were from out of state. They will pay for your expenses to come for the interview, but they will not cover your relocation costs.

Thanks for your reply! I have some family in Dallas and Pennsylvania so I was thinking about looking there. (I'm from metro NY btw)
