Does anyone know what this means with respect to your application status at NASBA?

Authorization To Test. Once you receive your ATT you can schedule your exam at your Prometrics testing site of choice.

Getting to the ATT Ready to Send phase can take some time so if you've been waiting for awhile, you're almost ready to go.

If your state works like mine, you can't schedule right when you get your ATT– first you have to get the notice that you can pay your testing fees, then you pay, and then you get your NTS (notice to schedule). It usually takes me a day or 2 after getting my ATT to pay and then get my NTS, since I signed up to get those via email.

FAR 83 (5/21/14-the above + NINJA 10 Pt Combo Lite)
    REG 84 (7/9/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC/Notes)
    BEC 76 (10/5/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC)

In our state we have to pay for the exams when you apply so I've already paid. Thanks for the help, though!

I'm guessing by now you've received your NTS (Notification To Schedule). I was at the same point as you yesterday with my ATT Ready to Send and this morning I received my NTS. If so, you're good to go. All you need to do now is actually schedule your exam within the timeframe indicated on the NTS (mine goes from 9/5/14 to 3/5/15). Obviously there are no dates in September to actually schedule since the 3rd quarter window is closed but you can schedule for October, November, January or February.
