I have a silly question for you guys...
when doing the writing portion of the exam, can you copy/paste info from the research tab??
Do you really need to memorize every report???
HELP ME PLEASE!!!
I don't think you can copy/paste from the research tab.. I feel like I tried it before and it wouldn't let you. While you don't need to memorize the reports word for word to write them from scratch, you do need to be able to identify what passages would come from a certain type of report.
I just got my result from my Reg. exam and I am so ready to start my Becker materials for Auditing ( Done wilth Wiley book). What topics or particular chapters do I have to focus in? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
drive is my asset:
did you read the things that you highlighted or you just watched all the lectures and then went directly to the mcqs?
Does anyone have any ideas on why a non-NASBA state, like Mississippi, would not want to become a NASBA state?
I just realized that anyone receiving scores from NASBA states are the only participants in this blog. ha!
Congratulations to everyone on passing this last part!
FAR 82 (8/09)
REG 88 (9/09)
BEC 69 (11/09), 84 (4/10)
AUD 67 (2/10), ?? (taken 5/24/10)
missarizona - yes you can copy/paste. I did. Only issue is I could not change the font formatting to match the default font.
Received my audit score today - I got a 70 so it's another 4 weeks of studying after I take regulations in July. While I kept telling myself that it was ok if I failed, I've realized that it's not and I'm struggling at the moment.
BEC 77; FAR; 81; AUD 70 (TBD); REG 7/23
impinky,
As you said,it IS ok to not pass. You just have to gather the courage back up and take it again. You have come half way and now you just cannot feel disheartened and give up.You will struggle, thats normal too,CPA exams is all about how much you can survive in hardships, and how much you can persevere. When you have to retake a part, just do it with a revenge, fighter spirit, and nail it down.I am sure you can do it.Hardwork and prayers never go waste.Have faith and keep pushing forward.Soon enough, you will see the end of this tough journey.Goodluck and God Bless.
@ rpmenon -Thanks so much for the kind words! After my pity party last night, I came up with a different study strategy and am feeling a whole lot better about the whole process.
Thats the spirit! Goodluck!
Wrong forum, this is April/May. Congrats, though.
