Is this possible to prepare for? I am working 40 hours a week. How many hours a week will this take?

Definitely doable. I'd say about 25 “quality” hours per week will get you the score you need. That said, total study hours completed are a poor indicator of exam preparedness.

I take AUD on 4/6, and have probably put in 30 hours or so to this point. I plan on doing another 30 this week, and another 20-30 next week. I feel if I can do 3-4 hours a day, I should be fine, so you should too.

“How many hours a week will this take?”

How much do you already know about attest and audit engagements?

I just remember FAR being about 200 hours of studying. Is audit less than half the effort?

AUD was about 75% of the effort of FAR, at least for me.

I'd reschedule for the end of April. 24 days is not enough time if you're working 40 hours a week. Especially if you haven't taken an audit class in the past year!

You need to do whatever it takes for you to get a 75. If by the end of 24 days you haven't covered some material or you feel like you are taking a half court shot, then you'll probably fail.
I did all my tests with an average of 5 weeks of intense study. To pass AUD i did over 3,000 MCQ questions and had average score and trending score both around 75%. Also did it working 40+ hours a week, married with 2 young kids.

I wish you luck if you decide to go through with this plan. I'm studying for AUD now and there would have been no way I could get it all down in that amount of time unless I was unemployed, and even then, I would feel overwhelmed.

    FAR - 75 (2/25/16)
    AUD - 80 (4/8/16)
    REG - 80 (6/10/16)
    BEC - 79 (7/19/16)

You only get one shot with the spirit bomb.
