    NINJA Question –

i finished adaptive phase of NINJA AUD MCQ.

i am in review phase now.

My exam is next week FRIDAY (Have 5 days)

How should i practice in NINJA MCQ…like should i choose “last missed” or “all quesitons” or “trouble questions” ?

i am planning to do 100 questions before the exam.

What strategy will be helpful for my AUD exam?

Jeff's notes say to work the areas that you know you have the most difficulty with and move backward from there. (Most difficult to least difficult)

If you are unsure which areas are most difficult to you – Set a custom MCQ session to work the questions that you last missed.

Failing that – Let the software pick for you! 100 Questions in 5 days is pretty slim – Consider 40-50 per day to cover as much further material as possible.

    AUD : 73, 82
    BEC : 76

    REG : 72, 75

    FAR: 61, 84

What is more important – average or trending ?

I was trending 84% and scored an 84 on the exam. Most things I've read say the trending score is more important.

I did all the questions then focused on trouble areas. My tip is to focus on quality, not quantity. Make sure you are learning something from every question you answer!

    REG -73 (8/2015) 81 (10/2015)
    AUD - 73 (11/2015) 84 (1/2016)
    BEC - 84 (2/2016)
    FAR - 77 (6/2016)

I'm not sure which is more important. Your trending score looks good, and your averages are pretty closely grouped with each other. I'd say keep practicing everything unless there are specific areas you feel more uncomfortable with than others. When I used NINJA, I did sets of 30 questions covering all of the topics over and over and over again. Worked for me anyway. Going into my exam I had 85% Trending, 81% Average, and scored 82 on the real thing. So I'd say if you're able to bump up that Average score you should be in good shape.

Mostly 30 MCQ on all questions. I'm a big believer in keeping everything you have learned fresh, all of the time. However, at one point I was scoring much lower in “Performing Audit Procedures” than any other area so I took time to do MCQs on just that area until I bumped up my average and then went back to questions on everything. I think with your trending score as high as it is, as long as you keep doing questions (whether it be “all” questions or just trouble areas) your Avg will go up. Just keep plugging away, it'll happen 🙂
