Example: FGH Company’s attorney has refused to respond to the letter of inquiry, either in writing or orally.

It’s funny. The answer to this SIM was to Qualify. I got a similar MCQ question. The answer there was to Disclaim. The logic was that anything with Legal is likely material. And if material, then the answer is to Disclaim.

Not sure but if its a representations letter you definitely disclaim it (MCQ)

I'm guessing with the lawyer letter it is less pervasive so you qualify it

    AUD: 82
    BEC: 83
    FAR: 83

Yea i think when in doubt, disclaim. But in the end it depends on the situation and how material.
