I took AUD on Aug 29 so now I am waiting for my results. I was scoring in the 60's on the Becker's final exams so I hope by some miracle I pulled it off. As much as I think I studied I don't think I would have known more on the sims than I did. The topics on the sims are just so intricate that I never even delved into them while I was studying. Ah praying for a miracle!

What exactly does an outside service organization do? Does it help the audior get more of a clear understanding on the client's IC?

I'm joining the group! I am scheduled to take AUD on Oct. 18. I'm half way thru my materials so far I'm on track. Good luck to all of us!

@CPAHOPEFUL The service organization needs to be considered if it has significant effect on the financial reporting on the user entity. A good example of a service entity is a payroll processing company like ADP.
