    I thought the main concern was to see if it was properly disclosed, but this one asks if it is audited. I'll go with C.

    My argument on this question why I answered C (valuation) is that when it comes to transactions with related parties, they can overprice/underprice goods, lend money and charge unreasonable interest rates, etc.

    Qlad, it's time to reveal the answer.

    I know CPAby 2015… too scared to do it now…so many questions that I expect after I tell the answer …it A…only 2 things an auditor is concerned about related party …1 is it is properly disclosed and 2nd is RoMM ..

    I didn't know about 2nd one…relieved to see I m not the only one..lol
