offlineMemberI made my own for Audit -- got the idea from someone else on the forum. I recorded my notes the week before my exam because I was going to be traveling and I can't read in the car. I think the act of recording it was way more helpful than listening to it -- my mind tends to stray if I only have the audio. I tried to look for a cheap one I could purchase before, and I didn't find any up to date ones that fit my budget.
I definitely recommend recording your notes if you have the time. (Although it did drive me crazy listening to my own voice all day!)

offlineMemberI purchased Yeager Audio lectures and listen to them on my daily travel to and from work. I drive 45 minutes each way.
Since 2008....
AUD - 39, 48, 56, 65, 68, 73, 76!!! (Finally passed in Oct 2011!!!)
REG - 75 (Lost Credit) 72, 68, 73, 75 (Passed again in Aug 2011)
FAR - 65, 68, 75 (Lost Credit) 68, 73, 73 - Rematch scheduled on May 29, 2012
BEC - 65, 68, 71, 72, 72, 71, 76 (Lost Credit)- 70 (Are you kidding me?????) - July 17th, 2012 -> Rematch!!

offlineMemberI'm using NIU Correspondence CPA Review (cpareview.niu.edu). All of the lectures are delivered as mp3 files and I received all of the study materials in the mail. This is the absolute best way for me to study since I can listen to my lectures on my commute to/from work, exercise, and even while I work in the office. You'd be surprised how much study time you can squeeze out of these sessions, even if you're only half-listening.
I even go to bed listening to these lectures! As silly as that may seem, I do retain the information reviewed that I listen to just before I fall asleep. I highly recommend it! I passed FAR and BEC on first attempt with this and hopefully do the same with AUD and REG in a few weeks!
