Thank you! I did but they dont have definitive answer. I may have to end up applying for international transcriptions evaluation thru NEIS. So spend $300 to get a question answered:((

I didnt find their phone service very helpful. The lady was not interested in brain storming to find an answer, just tells me to go to website and apply for evaluation.
