It should be fine so long as you take it before the 2011 changes.
Just be sure to visit Becker's site to print out any updates:
https://beckerkb.custhelp.com/app/answers/list and click on "Business Course Updates"

I used Becker 09 for BEC and I passed

BEC 90 (03/2010) REG 98 (04/2010) AUD 94 (05/2010) FAR ( 08-19-10)

Many people I know have used the 09 becker for 2010 tests and have passed, just make sure to check the updates on the becker website...becker website/students/updates

FAR 11/18/09 - 81, BEC 1/9/10 - 83, AUD 5/24/10 - 92, REG 8/30/10 - 86
