If anyone who has BEC 2012, can you confirm whether you see this concept called time series analysis or exponential smoothing in your Becker material?

I am currently using 2011 and I don’t see this. Let me know if you have seen this concept being covered in BEC Becker 2012 or 2013.

I think I saw one questions on Wiley about exponential smoothing and never seen anything in Becker 2011 about it and have no clue on 2012, 2013.

In my material, time series concept comes up briefly in regards to financial analysis, and basically states that it involves comparing ratios to your organization's historical ratios, as opposed to being compared relative to the competition or Industry (Economy).

I have seen reference to exponential smoothing in a cpareviewforfree.com question as a business forecasting method based on historical data. Nothing in Becker.
