Guys,

I took BEC yesterday. It was completely a joke. Becker is so much harder. The calculations that I got in BEC were all easy. Not even close to the complexity of Becker MCQs. Also, the written communication is silly because it is like you’re writing an e-mail to your boss or something. The content of the written communication is very basic for any accountant. It definitely helped in that part to have taken REG and FAR before BEC.

Overall, the emphasis on formulas here in this website for BEC is so wrong. Becker kept emphasizing that BEC is mostly conceptual and that computations aren’t a big part of it and that is so true. My exam was 85% conceptual.

I think I passed but I guess I’ll get a 75 haha.
