What would you put on an IT cheat sheet if you were to create one to prepare for BEC?

IT on BEC is just one of those topics that is so broad that you can't really do a simple cheat sheet on it. It's a broad topic with all of it testable. I know these are things you don't want to hear (between this and the B2 question) but, unfortunately, it's the truth.

On the bright side though, it's a fully conceptual chapter. Know the definitions, job roles and the concepts and it's not too bad.
