    @h0wdyus

    Incorrect

    The answer is B. Comparable sales.

    “The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    This was a tricky one

    @Casa

    The first time I prepared only use Becker, got about 70% ave. in all the topics. The questions were much easier than my second try. On my second try, I added Wiley, and scored ave. 90% and 85% in Becker and Wiley respectively. But the questions I got on the second round just came from no where. I believe you guys understand what I am talking about. Btw, I finished every question in Becker and Wiley.

    My question now is what should I do for my third try?

    I can't tell you whether this will be successful or not but Ninja MCQ seems worth it for only $40.

    I did 100 questions so far Ninja, it seems to me that Wiley questions are more similar to the actual exam

    correct me if you think different……..

    I didn't do Ninja the first time I took BEC. I will let you know afterwards. What I have noticed just doing them is that the questions are super difficult…some seem way out in left field.

    ha – well, people have said that NINJA is more like the real exam in other threads šŸ™‚

    The questions are licensed from the AICPA, so better to get left-field ones now than later, I hope.

    If the questions are hard – keep fighting – and learning.

    I'm using both to broaden my learning. Definitely not dropping Ninja. Hopefully this will put me over the hump. Jeff, I am all for whatever it takes to prepare me for the test. Left field or not. The questions being harder is not really a complaint, it's just interesting that I've scored ~10% lower in Ninja. I'm sure this has been suggested but would it be possible to add a pause button so that we can come back to our quizzes? Also, ability to manage sessions would be awesome. Besides that, love the new system.

    NPJRU….

    Dont stress out, I believe ur a native American? If so, you will do well.

    We used the British syllable and the British way of constructing sentences in Africa and it looks different from how essays are composed in this country.

    You got this…I.know my weakness and I just need to tweak my writing skills a lil bit.

    A pause button would be cool, but it can't be added at this point, unfortunately.

    @casagarber–I have had to exit a few quiz sessions and it doesn't count the ones you didn't get to against you. They just go back into your “Not seen yet” pile to be quizzed on later.

    What's the main advantage of NPV over IRR?

    I'm going to go completely by memory and not look anything up…

    Is it because it looks at cash flows beyond what gets you back to $0?
