    @h0wdyus

    Incorrect

    The answer is B. Comparable sales.

    “The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    This was a tricky one

    AUD - 79
    BEC - 80
    FAR - 76
    REG - 92

    2 chapters of 20 complete! Microeconomics wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. I changed the way I'm looking at the questions and material drastically. Instead of “memorizing” definitions, I decided it was about time to truly understand what's happening using pictures and real life scenarios, etc. It's helping me better than just memorizing a concept like I did with FAR and AUD. Hopefully I can apply this strategy going forward.

    Hope everyone else is having a good power weekend! šŸ˜€

    I *hate* getting migraines on a weekend day that was supposed to be 100% dedicated to studying. Finished B3 and made it through about 20 minutes of the IT lecture before I felt like I was gonna die. Maybe IT= migraine šŸ™‚

    Still struggling to finish B1 homework. Cost accounting is not my friend. Hope to finish this up as good as I can and start looking at B2 in a few days. I also plan to start making a formula notebook like some of you have been talking about. I hope it will help some of these cost concepts come together for me. Just have to keep telling myself if I can get through FAR, I can do this. just have to be.patient.!!

    AUD - 73,91

    I used Becker review + flashcards, Ninja Audio, Ninja MCQ supplement on BEC and REG.

    Done! Praise God!

    Lauren, I felt the same way when I first started B1 but eventually it came together and made sense and then B2 and B3 were infinitely easier!

    Struggling to get through B3, the second lecture today. I watched it yesterday but don't think I retained ANY of it, so going to watch it again today. Flash-cards and memorizing don't work for me, so I need to understand the concepts! I have a pretty intensive week planned to finish B3 and get through B4. B5 and B6 are on the schedule for Saturday and Sunday, and then review/Ninja MCQ until test day on July 3rd.
