    @h0wdyus

    Incorrect

    The answer is B. Comparable sales.

    “The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    This was a tricky one

    BEC - 80
    FAR - 76
    REG - 92

    @Kls238 I appreciate kind words. I haven't passed one exam and I'm frustrated, but haven't given up. I plan to be more active on these threads.

    @DBerndt88 thanks for the feedback. I plan to kill multiple choice as much as possible.

    Thanks everyone! It makes me feel better that I'm not the only one out finding NINJA MCQ difficult. I'll get there eventually! My goal is to start reworking MCQ this weekend. I was previously using Wiley but it recently expired so I decided to try out NINJA MCQ and notes. I am sure its probably a good thing to see a variety of questions and for the materials to be different so I can get a better overview of the material that is going to be tested.

    I decided to reschedule my test to July 25th- I would rather do July 18th but I am scheduled to be in Europe through the 22nd of July…if that ends up being done remotely, I'll do the 18th. I just don't feel like I'm going to be adequately prepared with everything going on at work…it's just not a good month to cram for a test and if I fail, then I'll lose REG. Audit was the easiest for me so I would rather cram for that one in 5 weeks.

    I agree that Ninja is harder. Am scoring 90% in Wiley and 80% in Ninja.

    For you retakers using Ninja-have you noticed that some of these questions were on your exam? I'm kicking myself for not buying Ninja earlier. That could have given me my 4 points I needed.
