    No problem! I have issues with those types of questions too, I had to drill the formula into my brain.

    golfball – I would look at it like this

    Profit Required(PR) Contribution Margin (CM) : CM- fixed cost = Net

    B – 50,000 *.15 = 7,500 50,000*.4 = 20,000 : 20,000-20,000 = 0

    C – 80,000 *.15 = 12,000 80,000*.4 = 32,000 : 32,000-20,000 = 12,000 Correct because PR = Net

    D – 133,333 *.15 = 20,000 133,333*.4 = 53,333 : 53,333-20,000 = 33,333

    I have my bec scheduled for tomorrow. I just took the Becker final exam and scored 75,75 and 83 in the three testlets. Okay I am nervous as hell. I wish all the best to everyone.
