(I use Becker). When studying for BEC, (especially chapters 3, 4 and 5) do you memorize the formulas as you read the chapters, or just do the multiple choice questions until you understand it? Thank you.

What I did was try to understand the formula during reading and what it was trying to accomplish but worry about memorizing and using it during my MC study. If it was a difficult one, I would write it out and carry around the formula with me haha.
no I didn't bother trying to memorize the formulas by act of memorization. I just continued to work problems and rewatch lectures and learned the formulas. I do much better that way rather than memorizing them.
I found that working the problems several times was enough to learn most of the formulas.
I prepared a list of all formulas from all the chapters and kept them handy when I did multiple choice questions. I also tried to memorize the formulas by reviewing them daily. I also printed the list and posted by my desk at home and at work and tried to review them whenever I had a minute or two.
Great idea cpanyc007. I think I may just do that. Thank you to everyone else as well. I will keep working the mcq's until it sticks in my head.
