Becker F10 – The Catch All Chapter

    Howdy,

    I’m scheduled to take the exam on Saturday. I feel OK on most things but I’ve spent the least amount of time on F10. So for these last few days before the exam, what areas do you all think are more heavily tested than other areas in F10?

    I just took the exam today and there wasn't anything from F10 on my exam. Good for me since I didn't finish that chapter. I'd put more time and energy into other more heavily tested topics. But that's just me.

    Taking 8/31. Skipping F10 entirely. Ain't nobody got time for that

    An associate of mine said to at least touch on partnerships, contingencies, and subsequent events.

    AUD: April 2014 - 85
    REG: May 2014 - 83
    BEC: July 2014 - 82
    FAR: August 2014 - 83

    yeah i would deff listen to sep7uakron cuz you never know with this beast they call FAR. also gaap vs ifrs

    That sounds good. Partnerships, Contingencies and Subsequent Events all make sense (though I remember Subsequent Events being more of an Audit topic but the basic concept is easy so no big deal).

    Thanks all for ur headup!!! I'll focus study those sections mentioned above. I agree w others as well about doing MCQs. I retained more info by doing MCQs.

    Jstay, just curious. How many MCQs do u knock out per day during review mode? I think the max i did is only 100

    usually i wake up and do a 90 progress test in becker. ive been averaging 70/80%…yet to hit 90!

    then ill switch to ninja mcq and do sets of 30. havent scored below a 70% on any of the sets ive done since i started- hopefully i can keep that up. today and yesterday i did 90 mcq in ninja as well so that would be 180. its 8 pm on the east coast so i might do another 30 before i call it a night.

    FAR - 84
    AUD - 76 (phew)
    BEC - 88
    REG - 77

    DONE!
