FAR has a ton of material and every person's exam will be different. There were topics that I was assured are “heavily tested” and I didn't see a single thing on them. Then there were some minor topics that came out of left field for me. FAR just has so much material and Murphy's Law will work against you. If you skimp on a subject, you're almost guaranteed to see it on test day. So you really need to know it all.

With that said: Yes. You REALLY want to know how to handle business consolidations and the associated financial statements. That's as specific as I'll get.
