Becker Final Review CPA Product…worth it? or waste ?So I have until 7/30 before i sit for FAR for the 3rd time…first time was a 61 (took it while still in college), i just got a 69 on 4/30…im finishing up ch9 tonight and i planned to loop back and redo all of the hw again, power skim and make a good formula/notes sheet. im getting nervous its a little hard to do while working full time, and givin the fact that the test is a month and a half away. Should i stick to my plan or go for the Becker Final Review?

If you have an extra $250 I would definitely recommend buying the Final Review. I have used the Final Review for all three parts of the exam I have passed. I feel like it really brings everything together in a condensed manner while still reinforcing the concepts.My FAR final review arrived today. I am excited.

I have Becker Final Review, and basically if you have the money, consider it an investment and it could bump you up a few points. More MCQ's and SIM's couldn't hurt. Other than that, I felt like the Self-Study and Ninja Notes were sufficient, and the final review was just another weapon for me to pass the exam.

Pros: Additional MCQ's, SIMs, and tied everything together the final week of study.

Cons: My credit card bill

My classmate in the grad program used both Becker Self-Study and FAR final review for his tests and passed on his first attempt if that helps in your decision.

well, if three people in a row said its great within 20minutes of me posting this, i should probably buy it haha. My concern is i wont be able to get through all of the questions a second time AND the final review by July 30. any thoughts on if this is possible?

If you are finishing up FAR 9 right now and you don't take your exam until 7/30, you should have plenty of time to redo the multiple choice not once, but twice AND complete the Final Review.I am assuming you have no life right now anyway so sucking it up for five or six weeks will not make much of a difference. Becker was very prompt . I ordered on Monday afternoon and received my material today. I choose the standard shipping. They said 3-5 working days.

However, having extra MCQs/SIMs to practice is always beneficial. Though in my opinion, if you have tight budget, I would invest in Wiley testbank rather than Becker final review. Wiley testbank and Ninja audio are very helpful! You'll be able to get both of us and still will be cheaper than Becker FR.

I used it for REG, definitely worth it in my book. If you can get to a live class, I would highly recommend it over the software.
