Just took Becker practice exam 1. Tomorrow I will take the second one. I got a sold 83% on the MCQ (5 wrong in each testlet) and a 70% on the SIMS, leaving me with a 77% on the practice test. Does this put me in decent shape? I realized a lot of my errors were from not completely reading the question, but I am curious to see from others if this score is usually sufficient to pass!

I just got an 83% on my cpaexcel audit exam as well. Must be a lucky %.

I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"

I got a 78% and an 80% on my two practice exams and, with the exception of the sims (which I don't think any extra studying would've made a difference for), I felt like I was in good shape for the exam. I also made a few boneheaded mistakes on the practice exams which were the result of not completely reading the questions right. They tend to bold things on the actual exam to draw your attention to it.

I think anything over a combined 75% on the Becker practice exams means you're in good shape.

You will be fine. I got a 77% on Becker exam and thought the exam was a breeze (unlike the other exams). Make sure to double check your answers for each testlet to make sure you are not missing anything. Use the AL for the sims and you will be good to go.

You can do it. I just took one final exam and scored in 70s but passed with 84. Becker did a great job for audit, at least for me…good luck!
