   I am currently doing the self study with the cd lectures, books and flashcards. I have taken and passed REG and I just took FAR again for the second time. I would like to start studying for AUD and BEC but I have the new 2010 cd for those sections. I am concerned if I load the new/updated software that my homework for REG and FAR will be lost. As all of you know, Becker offers a discount on repurchased materials if you did 90% of the homework and didn't pass. Does anyone know if this will delete the 2009 homework? Thank you!

   they have a (mostly) helpful customer service center, you'd probably best direct your question there

   slt10103, I am in the same boat. I have the 2009 version of FAR, AUD and BEC but I now got the 2010 version of REG for my February exam date. The two versions are different and separate. If you install the 2010 version, it will peacefully coexist with the 2009; they are two different programs with two different icons, etc. So, from my experience, I can say that you shouldn't have any problems loosing any of your 2009 data. As a matter of fact I am now studying from my 2009 AUD software while having the 2010 REG installed also.

   Yeah they are separate...I have 2008 and 2009 on the same computer.

   AUD-73,79; BEC-69,82; FAR-77; REG-83 DONE!

   I recently ordered the 2010 Becker review for FAR. Previously I used the 2008 version of Becker to pass the other three sections. I was surprised to find that Becker had replaced the old cardboard holder/multiple lecture CDs with one DVD case/one lecture CD for the 2010 materials. I also received a course CD.

   In the 2008 Becker materials each section had a data disk held within the book. I did not see a data disk in the 2010 book. Does anyone know if the data is on the course CD or lecture CD with 2010 Becker materials? I haven't had time to load my new materials on my computer yet but I need to figure out if I am missing the data CD or if its just included elsewhere. Thanks!

   I got the same surprise when I got the 2010 REG materials, but, fortunately, everything you need is on the lecture CD, including HW,sims, final exams and lectures. You now have the option to copy everything at once from the CD to the computer, not just when you actually want to use some part of it. The whole interface is redesigned.

   It sounds like Becker got a little smarter, it was always such a pain to switch between all those CDs. Thanks for helping me out! Now I can start my study plan this weekend and hopefully finish this exam!

    I agree, I like the new way much better. Also, the license is now valid for 18 months instead of just 12 as before. Hope we won't have to take advantage of this improvement! :)
