I have Becker on my laptop. Installed the app on my phone and ipad and haven’t really used them much. I went to log into my ipad app today and it says maximum activations reached and to deactivate a device. It says the same thing on my phone. How do I deactivate a device? Shouldn’t I be able to have it on all three devices like they advertise?

You can't be logged into more than one application at a time. I believe the maximum download applications is four. FYI – my iPad app sucks, can't watch the videos on it. Says they download, but runtime is 0:00

This happened to me too. It's because the software sees iOS 8 as a “different” device. Easy fix though…call Becker customer service. They could see “two” iPads on their end and I had them deactivate the license for the iOS 7 one…
