Hello everyone. I am getting ready to take BEC at the end of the month and working on the MCQs for chapter 1 in Becker. I feel like every question is a short essay and there are so many steps involved for just 1 single question. For those that have taken BEC, are the questions from Becker similar in structure to those on the real thing? I’m hoping it’s like FAR and not so wordy but I have no idea. Any insight would be awesome.

It's not as bad on the actual exam as far as I could tell. The Becker questions test a lot of your knowledge at once, and they're good practice, but some of the long B1 / B2 stuff really isn't indicative of what might show up on test day.

I agree with @JamesBJames … I just sat for BEC this morning and almost all of what was in B1/B2 was much simpler concepts than what Becker presents to you.

    BEC - Aug 14 2014
    AUD - Oct 2014
    REG - Nov 2014
    FIN - Jan 2015

Thanks y'all. Its not that the subjects are all that difficult but the homework questions are just killing my brain. I take it at the end of the month and am just now through B2 so it's good to hear they aren't as in depth on each question. @Grwnldy congrats. Hopefully that's 1 down and 3 to go.
