Becker Question –

I am so lost for those chapters. I did not have the greatest tax professor and I am just all over the place with questions. Any suggestions on how I can get a better understanding?

Ch 3 is C and S Corporation Taxation and Ch 4 is Property, Partnership and Estate Taxation

Ah. Some of the big guys. I think you need to break it up into the manageable parts and tackle them individually until you understand them. Read a section and work the MCQ in the book. If you still don't understand something then jump on the study group thread on this forum and ask the others studying the same section to see if they can explain it to you better than Becker. You can also google the concepts to see if there is a better explanation out there. By better, I just mean an explanation that is more understandable to you. Go outside the box if the box doesn't have the materials you need to really get a concept.
