Becker site down?

    Is anyone else getting a maintenance notice when they log onto the Becker website? does anyone know when the scheduled maintenance is supposed to be done?

    A - 75
    B - 78 God is good.
    F - 77 Answered prayers.
    R - 84! Done!!

    Paperwork sent - waiting for license!!
    Still on a cloud and in shock. Through God, all things will happen.

    Yes I got the same thing. I can't even use the software I downloaded to my computer (although I don't know if the two are related yet).

    Are you logging online to use Becker or the software?

    No – what are they thinking doing this on a Sunday afternoon???? They should do this at 2 am – not during peak studying time.

    I've been on hold with technical support for 25 minutes. When I tried using the desktop application (that according to their message, is supposed to still work), my computer crashed. Great planning on their part – cannot believe they are doing this on a Sunday afternoon!!! GRRRRRRRR! I will post what they tell me when I finally get through.

    Desktop versions aren't working either. I went to sync a sim I had been working on for about an hour and it freaked the f out. My computer started getting spammed with “Access Violation at address 0086352F in Module ‘BPSelfStudy.exe' Read of address 0000000000” messages

    Finally got through but really have no information other than they are working on it. It doesn't sound like it was planned – I asked why they would schedule to take system down during peak study time and he told me that if it was planned, it was not communicated to Technical Support.

    thank you for the update Steph54729 – hoping the site will be back up soon. Fortunately I had printed out all of the MCQs so I'm going to do those while I wait.
