Wiley Question –
So I am prepping myself to start studying this weekend for AUD, hope to sit in November.
This is my first real attempt at studying and passing, I don’t think I gave myself a real change the last two times.
My question is, how does one study best with the CPAexcel materials? I’ve read so many ways!!
I don’t want to waste time flip-flopping during my study sessions..
I am thinking of two ways..
WAY ONE:
– Read text and maybe watch videos for all the sections in one Square..
– Go back and do all the MCQs and SIMS for the Square.
– Move on to next square, and continue to review questions (maybe 10 at a time) already revised on the EQ Tutor thing where you can select your sections covered so far..WAY TWO:
– Do each CIRCLE section within a Square all at once, like read text, video, MCQs and move on to each circle that way until I cover all the squares..
– Continue to do review questions (maybe 10 at a time) already revised on the EQ Tutor thing where you can select your sections covered so far.In the first way, I feel like its a hybrid of the Ninja Method, since I would also take notes, but I wouldn’t want till the very end of ALL MY STUDY MATERIAL to do MCQs, I would just hold off and do square by square..
any other ways out there recommended??
if it helps… in school I was a note taker and would pay attention in class, so I would take notes from the teacher and what he would write.. then I would take notes on problems they would work, and redo them at home, over and over..
I NEVER READ A TEXTBOOK in college :S that is my concern with learning by reading now, since I heard the lectures from CPAExcel aren’t the greatest…
thank you!!!!
