I preferred to go through my book (Wiley) and read all of the information and answer all of the MCQ in the book, while taking notes along the way. Then a few weeks out I start drilling the Ninja MCQ on a section by section basis. I do all of the questions for a section and take more notes if necessary. You have customize your MCQ session to only do “New Questions” for each section until you've seen them all in that section. The move to the next section and repeat the process until you have done all the questions in the test bank. Then start hammering out your weak areas and doing more MCQ from those areas. Don't just rush through the MCQ, but truly try to understand why answers are right and why the other choices are wrong. Keep looking at your stats as you go along and try to get mid 80s for all the topics. You can drill down into very small topics if you only want to concentrate on those.

CPA Exam - Finally DONE (November 2014)
    BEC (08/10/13) 80
    AUD (08/24/13) 65 (11/13/13) 85
    FAR (04/12/14) 81
    REG (07/19/14) 69 (11/29/14) 87!!

^ That's a great suggestion, thank you! Will keep that in mind as I just bought Wiley CPA AUD review and will supplement by Ninja MCQs.
