    For those of you in the Big 4, what is your firm’s 401(k) matching policy like? Just found out what it is at the firm I accepted an offer with, and I’m just curious to hear from other people. Thanks for any info.

    25% match up to 5% of your income. A little stingy if you ask me lol. This is for PwC and KPMG

    If that's the case, do many people at these firms even bother with it? It seems like a Roth IRA or something else might be a better idea.

    You're throwing away free money if you don't take anything they give,

    Mine is 25% match up to 6% of my income
