    I just transitioned into a 50person Firm from a 9 person Firm. 9 person firm was small CPA practice where OT was paid but bonuses were around $1250.

    50person Firm has unpaid OT but annual bonus and raise. What are the going rate for bonuses out there?

    Firm is located in midtown Manhattan. Salary range 50-60k, as a Tax Accountant.

    THE 300 CLUB WILL DO JUST FINE!

    0 bonus, 2 year experienced CPA, OT not paid

    Salary is 10k less.
