I took the REG on a Sunday afternoon (11/30/14). The total exam was brutal. First testlet is medium hard and I must have missed few MCQ; Second testlest and third testlets are hard and again I missed few MCQs. I noticed that a same question appeared in two testlets. When I opened the SIMS testlet, I immediately realized that the passing of REG is not that easy. Out of 6 questions, only the research question is easy, everything else is SUPER hard. For 3 SIMS, I was wildly guessing. I’m not sure whether I will pass 🙁

Don't sweat it.

The REG I passed was so rough I went into a funk for a few days afterwards. I guessed on 50% of the exam.

I took it on 11/23 and felt the exact same way! This was my second time taking it and felt it was way harder this time around! The SIMS were ridiculous. Good luck to you.

I'm the same boat as you dandolsen! really hoping for an early xmas gift, but might need to be an xmas miracle. Hoping they throw out a lot, since everyone seems to think the SIMs were ridiculous. Good luck everyone

I took mine on the 30th as well. I agree – the SIMs were ridiculous! I ended up with (2) research questions – did anyone else?, which I hope count twice as I'm sure I didn't get (3) other SIMs right at all. I don't even think I'm going to get partial credit as the answers depended on the first entries. =(

I felt the first testlet was medium, and the 2nd and 3rd were progressively harder. I don't know what any of that means – I'm just hoping for some good news this 2nd time around!

So glad to hear you all think they were hard, too. It was my first experience with SIMS since I've only taken BEC aside from REG. I'm really scared since with BEC I felt like I knew I hadn't passed but a little part of me held out hope that I had, but walking out of REG I was/am 100% sure I failed. ((((( Hopefully they'll be filled with a little holiday spirit and show some mercy

I sat for REG on 11/25, and of the 7 times I've sat for exam (including this time), this was by far the hardest test I have had. I flagged more MCQs than I ever have, and the sims really caught be off guard and were super complicated. The first time that I passed REG, I thought it was relatively easy, and my FAR exam this past May was even easier than this test. I'm hoping that I somehow did enough that I finally will no longer have to study.

Hello All:

Wow…I'm not alone in this situation. Good Luck to all of you. Most of the SIMS asked were pulled from ether, it didn't come from the Wiley book or Test bank.

I'm hoping that I will be dealt with a miracle on 12/18 and hope you will, too. 12/18 is an eternity now.

Wow Good Luck everyone! Hopefully it went better than it felt. Reg SIMS tend to be hard, so I can only imagine if they were extra tough.

I took the REG test on Sunday 11/30/14. This was the first one I have taken. Boy, was it rough! I felt fairly confident through all 3 sections of the multiple choice, but the SIM was awful. Praying for a miracle, but preparing to retake it the beginning of January!

Have not studied but planning to give it a shot on friday. Spent most of the time with AUD. MY NTS expires so scheduled for friday. I know i cant pass but do you think this will lower my morale. will i end up something like 10 or 20 score?
