So it’s just past midnight and I’m at the office studying. Been here all day. I don’t remember what a normal Saturday night feels like but at least I know I’m making progress.

Alright, so who is studying AUD with Yaeger? If you are going through these lectures like I am, let me ask this next question. How many times does Gary Bulmash use the phrase, “hit them over the head” regarding putting language in the report that confirms that the information is the responsibility of management and not the CPA? I don’t know if it’s actually funny or if I’m just losing it because I’ve been studying for so long. One way or the other, it’s starting to crack me up everytime he says it. Good ol’ dry accounting humor.

I think I’ve heard it at least 30 times since I started the lectures. Good news is, I know I won’t forget who is responsible for the information come exam day.
